Our client, a versatile sawmill located on the island of Corsica, produces a wide range of wooden products with a focus on construction wood. They required a solution capable of sawing a combination of smaller and larger logs in various sizes.
We installed a complete sawing and waste line that offers both high FLEXIBILITY and high PRODUCTION.

The sawing line consists of four main machines::

• AUTOMATIC DEBARKING line with log debarking machine SLH 1200
• Horizontal Band Saw HTZ 1300 PLUS – providing high-quality, volume-oriented sawing with its wide blade and precision structure.
• BOARD EDGING and multiripping line with VR 900 S
• Multi-blade cross cut circular saw MCEL 160 with AUTOMATIC SORTING of boards.

Additionally, we implemented a complete waste line solution to ensure full utilization of wood.
