CONTINUOUS SAWING LINES
VTZ OPTI FAST
This sawing line includes double chipper canters, quad & double vertical band saws. Production capacities are up to 500 m3 of logs/8 h. Positioning of blades is carried out through scanning of logs and automatic optimization for best recovery. Edging is done with the VRA 40 OF optimised edger for edging of up to 40 boards/min. Cants are further resawn with a double head RS 1300 resawing line, with a full run around system.
Different version are available for production capacities
up to 500 m3 of logs / 8 h shift.
