NEW Combination board edger and multi rip saw VR 900

We proudly present a newly developed and redesigned VR 900. Its key feature is the NEW main drive system with a redesigned transmission which ensures a much HIGHER ENERGY AND POWER EFFICIENCY and also saves maintenance costs.
The entire frame of the machine is CNC processed ensuring high precision. Blade changes are now faster and easier with a new door design. The optional pull-in rollers are now integrated in the frame of the machine, making feeding of boards EFFORTLESS and improving precision of sawing.
Designed for both edging of boards and multi-ripping of cants, the machine is now available with up to 4 moveable heads (blades). Improvements include a new system for positioning of lasers, easier access for maintenance, faster positioning of top pressure rollers etc. All in all the new machine ensures a HIGHER SPEED of operation, more FLEXIBILITY and much lower operation costs.
The combined board edger and multi rip saw VR 900 is available in manually operated configurations or in combination with 3D scanning and automatic infeeds.
